Smartbar is an Australian born and owned company. The company was established in 1996 when the original company, Team Poly had a fleet of water tank delivery trucks across Australia. They had a problem with their trucks constantly being damaged by animal strikes.
With the introduction of the SmartBar, they fixed their problem. The Smartbar was born and began a revolution in Vehicle Frontal Protection Systems. New vehicles and new models continue to be introduced in Australia, as do the demand for new SmartBars.
